If you have ever spent more time wrestling with your reporting tool than actually building reports, this might be for you. Golden Reports is what happens when you throw out the proprietary formats and just use the web.
What is it?
A reporting platform. You write templates in HTML, CSS, and Liquid. You pull data through GraphQL. You embed the results in your app or export them as PDFs. That is pretty much it.
No XML configuration files. No proprietary query languages. No desktop apps to install. If you can build a web page, you can build a report.
What is shipping in May
The first release includes a visual report designer (with full code access when you need it), a GraphQL schema builder for your data layer, a Postgres connector, team workspaces, and PDF export. More connectors are coming after launch.
